"International Drama Town Alliance" is initiated by Shengzhou Yueju Town Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. of Zhejiang Province, China. It is the first international alliance based on drama town and its core content. It is composed of regional experts and scholars from all over the world with drama art origin, and belongs to non-governmental and non-profit non-governmental academic organizations.

Yueju Town is located in Shengzhou City, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. It is located in the upper reaches of the Rongxi River and adjacent to the administrative center of Shengzhou City. It is about 90 minutes'drive from Hangzhou, Jinhua, Ningbo and Taizhou, and 150 minutes' drive from Shanghai and Wenzhou. The recently planned Jinyong High-speed Railway Line has set up a new station, which takes only 20 minutes from the high-speed railway station to the small town, and will further improve the accessibility of traffic.

Shengzhou City takes the No. 27 bus and starts at the Cultural Square Station. The fare is 1.5 yuan.
