On March 24, 2018, the first International Theater Town Alliance is established, its conference venue will be permanently settled in Shengzhou Yue Opera Town.
The first forum of ITTA
Directors of ITTA come from different fields, some of them are experts, scholars and theater critic, some are researcher of cultural policy, scriptwriter, director, actor, organizer and art director of theater festival, there are also head of theater museum and theater education. They speak highly of the ITTA initiated by Shengzhou Yue Opera Town Culture &Tourism Co., Ltd and will use ITTA as platform to actively carry out academic discussion and culture exchanges. Both Cui Wei-secretary general of China Theater Association and Fan Jing-deputy director of grand event center of CAEG give congratulatory speech.

Speech by Guo Xiaonan-president of ITTA
Renowned director Mr Guo Xiaonan is elected as the president by the ITTA council. He said “ The establishment of ITTA, is the first time in the theater history to actively introduce international guests into the original place of opera, building a culture bridge between theater and town life, building connection with theater towns in the world which have rich culture heritage. ITTA pays attention to the inheritance and protection of intangible culture heritage, culture development and innovation, etc. The academic connotation greatly surpasses the cultural significance of a kind of drama itself. Meanwhile, most of invited guests come from One Belt One Road countries, which is in line with The Belt and Road policy and culture “going out” strategy, enhancing exchange with the world and consolidating the spirit of “ One Belt and One Road”.
